KORE PILATES & STRENGTH

This Pilates Mat class incorporates Pilates & resistance exercises. You'll get both in one fusion class for a great overall body workout. 

KORE SCULPT

Total body conditioning class. Combines cardio, strength, and core exercises for a complete body workout. 

KORE BARRE

A total body workout! Focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements. Classes are designed to tone muscles, improve strength, agility, and flexibility. All levels welcome! Modifications given.

KORE INSPIRE

Kore Inspire uses the Pilates Barre as our only piece of equipment. This is a full body workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness.Kore Inspire uses the Pilates Barre as our only piece of equipment. KORE YOGA

Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation

MEDITATION

A class that allows you to unwind your mind. Providing you with new tools for stress, anxiety, and problems. Allowing us to stay connected to ourselves, find self-awareness, & mindfulness. 

RESTORATIVE YOGA

A style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, & deep breathing. All levels welcome. 

YOGA, SCULPT, & STRENGTH

A fusion class including strength training exercises, yoga poses, and deep recovery stretching.
