KORE BARRE

A total body workout! Focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements. Classes are designed to tone muscles, improve strength, agility, and flexibility. All levels welcome! Modifications given.

KORE BARRE HIIT

Take your Barre Class to a new level. We will combine your favorite moves with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Set to upbeat music for a powerful heart pumping sweat.

 

 

KORE BARRE SCULPT

Total body conditioning class. Combines cardio, strength, and core exercises for a complete body workout. Using body weight exercises, dumbbells, bands, balls, and other tools. All levels welcome. 


 

KORE POWER

Barre + Strength+ Intervals

This class will include all of your favorite barre moves and intervals of strength training exercises to tone & energize.

KORE YOGA

Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation

MEDITATION

A class that allows you to unwind your mind. Providing you with new tools for stress, anxiety, and problems. Allowing us to stay connected to ourselves, find self-awareness, & mindfulness. 

PILATES BARRE

Lengthen, strengthen, and tone your entire body. Pilates Barre incorporates Pilates Mat exercises mixed with sculpting barre moves for a full body toning workout that emphasizes the small muscle groups.

PILATES MAT

Pilates Mat class is a full body workout that creates long, lean muscles. Pilates Mat is performed on a mat on the floor using the magic ring, balls, & small weights. Pilates Mat will improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. Open to all fitness levels. 

RESTORATIVE YOGA

A style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, & deep breathing. All levels welcome. 

 

YOGA BARRE FUSION

 

This fusion class incorporates Yoga, Barre, & resistance exercises. You'll get both in one fusion class for a great overall body workout.
