KORE BARRE

A total body workout! Focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements. Classes are designed to tone muscles, improve strength, agility, and flexibility. All levels welcome! Modifications given.

 

 

KORE BARRE SCULPT

Total body conditioning class. Combines cardio, strength, and core exercises for a complete body workout. Using body weight exercises, dumbbells, bands, balls, and other tools. All levels welcome. 

 

KORE INSPIRE

Kore Inspire uses the Pilates Barre as our only piece of equipment. KORE YOGA

Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation

MEDITATION

A class that allows you to unwind your mind. Providing you with new tools for stress, anxiety, and problems. Allowing us to stay connected to ourselves, find self-awareness, & mindfulness. 

PILATES MAT

Pilates Mat class is a full body workout that creates long, lean muscles. Pilates Mat is performed on a mat on the floor using the magic ring, balls, & small weights. Pilates Mat will improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. Open to all fitness levels. 

RESTORATIVE YOGA

A style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, & deep breathing. All levels welcome. 

YOGA/BARRE FUSION

This workout combines barre and yoga elements for an effective and fun total body workout.
